Additional information about rental rates

  • A $250.00 security deposit will be held on a credit card and refunded
    after the villa has been checked for any damage or breakages.

    20% deposit to be paid at time of booking.
    Balance to be paid 10 weeks prior to arrival date.
    Late check outs are available and will be charged accordingly.
    High chair and cot are available and charged $25.00 per booking.

Originally a 5 bedroom villa we decided to give our guests more space and use the 5th bedroom as a second reception
